"The House" rental and event space can be used for a variety of creative purposes. The 3,319 square foot space has been used for a number of photo/video shoots, corporate events, band rehearsals, and most recently TV/Commercial production. The space is equipped with acoustic sound paneling, a private restroom, greenroom access, guest wifi, loading dock, heating/AC, and 3 phase power disconnects (3). IS THERE A DIRECT POWER SOURCE?
Yes, we have 3 phase disconnects available in the space. 100 amp 3 phase 4 wire 120/208 volt cam-lock power (2) and
70 amp 3 phase 4 wire 120/208 volt power (1)
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
72 hours for a single day or hourly rental, and five days for a multi-day rental.
ARE THERE CEILING RIGGING OR FLOOR ANCHORING CAPABILITIES?
No. Nothing can be hung from the ceiling or anchored to the floor.
CAN WE USE FOG?
Yes, but only in the main rental space. We ask that you mention this at the time of booking.
ARE THERE COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS?
Yes, we take a keen pride in protecting our clients and staff. Cleaning is provided before and after each rental, and sanitization and PPE are encouraged.
IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?
Yes. Depending on the size of the event, a cleaning fee $75-150 is applied. Please mention this at the time of booking.
