"The House" rental and event space can be used for a variety of creative purposes. The 3,300 square foot space has been used for a number of photo/video shoots, corporate events, band rehearsals, and TV/Commercial production. The space is equipped with acoustic sound paneling, a private restroom, greenroom access, guest wifi, loading dock, heating/AC, and 3 phase power disconnects (3).
